It's a GREAT product BUT. . . I

"It's a GREAT product BUT. . . I think I messeded up. . . . without paying attention I put it on my dog on level 4 and it drove him nuts. . . . he is ni a metal crate in the house and he tried to chew his way out. . he not only destroyed the crate but it made some of his teeth loose. . . in fairness ge is a 15 year old dog and some of the teeth were kind of rotted. . . I will perhaps try the collar again at a lower setting maybe 2 or 3 like you guys suggested. . . . . . Once again . . . Its a GREAT product. . . shipping was FANTASTIC. . . cutomer service was OUTSTANDING. . . . I would HIGHLY recomend this product to others. . . . . . it was a problem with the user (ME!!) NOT a problem with the product. . . essentially user errror. ."

Functional no bark collar

"I am still in testing mode for this collar and have started slow as per the instructions. I'm currently at level 3 which appears to work most of the time but it seems to scare my dog which is causing a few reservations for me. He does stop barking but whines and shakes his head a lot. I need more time to complete the testing before I can give a comprehensive review."
