Additional parts can be purchased to replace or expand your product. Dogtra carries a full line of accessories for your e-collar needs. Expandable parts allow you to upgrade select units by adding an additional receiver or handsfree square. Accessories includes charging cables, collar straps, antennas, antenna hinges, and various sized and material contact points.

Battery Installation
We recommend that all battery replacements be performed by a Dogtra Repair Technician. Improper installation can damage the unit and may result in the battery or unit not qualifying for warranty replacement or refund.
If you choose to install a replacement battery yourself, please take care when doing so. Damage to the battery or internal wiring that occurs during installation will not qualify for replacement or refund.
Installed Batteries
If your unit continues to experience an issue after a replacement battery has been installed, please submit a Service Request and send the unit in for inspection. Our technicians will inspect the unit to determine the cause of the issue.
If the replacement battery is found to be defective, Dogtra will replace the battery. If the battery is functioning properly and the issue is caused by another component, we will provide an estimate for repair, if applicable.
