Label & Mail Your Trade-In
Print the address label we give you after you fill out the form. This is important! We need this label to know the package is yours.
Take your package to a shipping store and pay for shipping. You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself.
Redeem Your Code
After we receive your trade-in, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Once we verify your trade-in, we'll email you a discount code.

Full set= (1) Connector/Handheld (1) Receiver Collar. Do not send additional collars or connectors. Only send in a Full Set at a time if you want credit for additional qualifying sets.
Only the GPS collars listed on our website qualify for trade-in credit. If you send other items, they won't get credit and we can't return them.

Yes, you must fill out the form and print the label. Any packages received with no label or identification will be discarded with no credit issued.
If what you send doesn't match what you listed on your form, we'll change your credit amount. Remember, we cannot return any items you send to us.
