Whether your system is under warranty or out of warranty, all service requests are handled through our online Repair form.

How to Request Service

To begin a warranty or non-warranty repair, inspection, or maintenance request, please click the button below to complete the Repair Request Form.

Please fill out the form as accurately and completely as possible to help prevent processing delays.

  • Please double-check your email address before submitting your request.
  • After submission, our team will review your request and follow up by email with next steps, including shipping instructions.

Shipping Your Repair

Please do not ship your product until you receive follow-up instructions from Dogtra. When instructed to ship, please send repairs to our Repair Department:

Repairs received without a completed online Repair Request may experience processing delays or be difficult to identify.

What to Send

For the most accurate inspection and repair results, we strongly recommend sending your entire system, including:

  • Transmitter
  • Receiver(s)
  • Charger
  • Splitter cable
  • Any other related components

While partial systems may be accepted, accurate diagnosis or complete repair cannot be guaranteed if all components are not included, as the issue may involve a part that was not sent in.

Condition Requirements

Dogtra reserves the right to refuse service or repair of any unit deemed unsafe or unsanitary for handling. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strong odors (such as skunk spray)
  • Excessive dirt or debris
  • Mold or moisture damage
  • Insect infestation
  • Bodily fluids or other hazardous substances

If a unit is received in such condition, Dogtra will contact the customer to arrange return of the product without service.

Disclaimer: Dogtra will make every reasonable effort to contact customers regarding their repair, including via email and phone. If we do not receive a response within 3 months of these contact attempts, the unit will be disposed of.

Shipping Disclaimer

Dogtra is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during shipping. Customers are responsible for proper packaging and selecting a carrier with tracking.
