Advanced simplicity is what we strived for with the Dogtra 280C e-collar, offering all the key essentials for dog training in an ultra-compact unit without sacrificing the benefits of a remote training tool. This is the perfect remote training tool for basic obedience or field training where you need a reduced size receiver/collar for a smaller dog. It is designed for dogs as small as 10 pounds.

The 280C e-collar is packaged with the smallest ultra-compact receiver from Dogtra that offers low-mid stimulation from 0-127 levels at your fingertips. The 0-127 stimulation level is controlled by a Rheostat Dial, a patented technology from Dogtra to ensure a precise setting for every dog. The 280C is also available in the 2-dog system, 282C, to train two dogs at once.

This remote trainer features 0-127 levels of low to medium stimulation. A perfect fit for dogs who range anywhere from calm through mild temperaments who require occasional reminders.

With 127 stimulation levels, you’ll have no problem finding the perfect level for your dog with the gradual and precise stimulation control. The levels are bright and easy to read with the LCD screen and can be adjusted precisely at any time with the Rheostat Dial.

Training Essentials

This unit sets you up for success. With three simple training functions you can't go wrong. This e-collar has two different correction types. The first correction type is Nick (quick ½-second) and the second is a Constant correction (up to 12 seconds). The e-collar also has a HPP (High-Performance Pager) which offers a clear vibration to get your dog's attention while training.

Yes, this is a full 2-dog training system ready to go. It can accommodate dogs 10 pounds and up. The system includes two e-collars with a black and orange strap that coordinate with the function buttons on the remote. The remote also features dedicated function buttons for each dog.

This 282C is the ideal set up accommodating dogs of different sizes. When working with a large and small dog we recommend ensuring proper fit on the small dog as large dogs can fit in any of our e-collar systems. As long as your smaller dog weighs a minimum of 10 pounds you are good to go.
