Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions

Non-Returnable Submission Policy

By participating in the Dogtra Trade-In Program ("Program"), you acknowledge and agree that any device, component, or accessory ("Trade-In Unit") you submit to Dogtra as part of this Program becomes the sole property of Dogtra upon receipt.

Trade-In Units submitted are final, non-returnable, and will not be returned to you under any circumstances, regardless of eligibility status or any other factor. Dogtra assumes no responsibility for, and expressly disclaims any liability related to, the loss of Trade-In Units once they have been received.

You further acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the Trade-In Unit is properly packaged and shipped, as Dogtra is not liable for any loss or damage occurring during transit.

Trade-In Valuation Adjustment Policy

By participating in the Dogtra Trade-In Program ("Program"), you acknowledge and agree that any estimated trade-in value provided is preliminary and subject to adjustment upon Dogtra’s inspection and assessment of the actual condition, accuracy, and completeness of the Trade-In Unit(s) received.

Dogtra reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the final trade-in value based on its evaluation.

By submitting a Trade-In Unit, you acknowledge that the final valuation may differ from the initial estimate and that Dogtra’s assessment shall be final and binding.

Valuation & Store Credit Policy

By participating in the Dogtra Trade-In Program
("Program"), you acknowledge and agree that any estimated trade-in value provided is preliminary and subject to adjustment upon Dogtra’s
inspection and assessment of the actual condition, accuracy, and completeness of the Trade-In Unit(s) received. Dogtra reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the final trade-in value based on its evaluation.

Approved trade-ins will be issued as a unique discount code reflecting the final trade-in value. This code is non-transferable and can only be redeemed at checkout on Dogtra.com for the purchase of Pathfinder 2 Full Set Systems (including Pathfinder2 and Pathfinder2 Mini). Store credit codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or applied to any other products or third-party purchases.

Shipping and Labeling Requirements

By participating in the Dogtra Trade-In Program ("Program"), you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for printing and affixing the official Dogtra trade-in shipping label, which includes a unique Trade-In ID number, to your Trade-In Unit.

This label is required for proper identification of your Trade-In Unit and to facilitate the issuance of your discount code.

You further acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the payment of all shipping costs and must take the Trade-In Unit to a local shipping facility to mail it to Dogtra.

Dogtra will not be held liable for any lost packages or packages that do not include the official trade-in label.

Failure to include the official label with the Trade-In ID number may result in your Trade-In Unit being unidentifiable, unprocessed, or ineligibly excluded from receiving a discount code.

The official label must be used for your trade-in to be processed and for the corresponding discount code to be issued.

Refunds for Discounted Purchases

In the event a customer returns a product that was purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, or as part of a trade-in program, the following terms shall apply:

Refund Amount: Customer shall be entitled solely to a refund of the actual purchase price paid after all discounts, promotions, or credits have been applied.

Discount Code Redemption: All discount codes, promotional offers, and credits are considered fully redeemed upon completion of the original purchase transaction. Such discounts, promotions, and credits cannot and will not be reissued, refunded, or applied to future purchases upon return of merchandise.

Trade-In Program: By participating in Company's trade-in program, Customer acknowledges and agrees that they have permanently relinquished all ownership rights to any device or item submitted as a trade-in. Trade-in items cannot be returned to Customer under any circumstances.

Return Period: All returns must be initiated within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Method: All eligible refunds shall be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.

These terms are non-negotiable and constitute the complete agreement regarding the Company's refund policy for discounted purchases. Company reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not comply with these terms.

Warranty on Purchased Units

Dogtra provides warranty for units bought through the trade-in program. To get warranty service, you must:

Register your Dogtra product within 30 days of buying it

Keep your proof of purchase

If you didn't register within 30 days, we'll still accept your product for repair if you have proof of purchase. Without registration or proof of purchase, Dogtra will guess the age of your unit using the serial number. This estimate might be different from when you actually bought it.
