"In this age of very low standards and behavior, I am very happy to report to other customers of "Dogtra" that I bought a thrower over 10 years ago. It worked well, when the need to use it again came up; I pulled it out of storage, realized the rechargeable batteries had expired( perfectly acceptable under such conditions) and I ordered new ones. The process was smooth, and intelligent, Dogtra was still there for me, and not only stood behind their product(10 + years later) but got the replacement batteries out right away and I was back in business. Triple thumbs up on that one-yeah DOGTRA!"
