We need to replace a

"We need to replace a lost iQ transmitter, which was set up with another to provide both of us with control over our two dogs. That we have to relinquish our sole remaining transmitter for perhaps two months in order to get set back up again is impossible - we live out in the country. We really think Dogtra should exert some software engineering to overcome this challenge. Right now all we can do is ponder our options until your Christmas rush is over."
