After losing my 280C transmitter
"After losing my 280C transmitter somewhere in my pasture, I was delighted to find a single replacement transmitter listed on the Dogtra website. Problem solved! Note: I am not paid to say this, but I always order from the Dogtra website rather than another which merely sells their products, the main reason being that their customer service is fabulous, and they also repair units quickly and expertly. A great company!"
The Dogtra 820 was purchased
"The Dogtra 820 was purchased as part of a training package. As such, it was all set up for me. The trainers have been amazing training me on how to use it effectively. On a recent trip I lost the transmitter and had to order a new one. When it arrived,I tried to find how to sync it. I finally gave in over Christmas and emailed Support. Even with the holiday I had a response including where to find and attached within 2 business days. Great service in a timely manner. I did give feedback as it took me 30 mins to figure out how to turn off the receiver and this could help others like me, that had never done this before. I was grateful that the feedback was positively received. The better I understand what motivates (or triggers) my GSD and how to properly use the Dogtra, the more I enjoy it and the peace of mind I gain enjoying new adventures with my GSD and the more she is relaxed to enjoy them as well."

Simple Solution for Multiple Dogs
"Have two separate 200c collars but walking both dogs at once it was difficult handling two separate transmitters. Contacted Dogtra to confirm this would work, they showed me where to find the pairing instructions and to call with questions. Pairing was a breeze!"
