Additionally, dogs with sensitive skin may benefit from the friendlier Titanium finish of the Titanium Enhanced Contacts. Broke but Dogtra made it right!

"I’m still sticking with my original assessment that this needs part needs to be reengineered. I love the Dogtra systems and I’ll never use another e-collar but as for this part, I’d imagine I’ll be sending it back in again when it fails. The point at which 2 of the wires connects with the plate is the fail point. On the opposite side the wire is connected at a different point and hight, so all of the stress lands on two points instead of 4 which would carry the load more evenly. All that said, they replaced the part quickly and without fuss. Thanks Dogtra team!"

Very Brittle

"I have a Golden Retriever who is very well trained and wears the collar on limited occasions (2-3 times a week for a few hours). I have no purchased my 4th one of these as one of the arms consistently breaks off. I use a flexible collar that limits the "tightness" of the training collar and adds additional flexibility to the contact points, so makes no sense why these would break so easily and consistently."

Neither is these came with the screws to install

"Both of these contact points came with four plastic covers for the four middle contracts but no screws to actually install the piece. It also completely covers the per button so there would be no way to turn on the collar if I could install them. Very disappointed and such a waste of money"

One of the gold posts

"One of the gold posts broke off at the contact plate. I have the small size for our Siberian Husky and have had no problems with that unit so far. The large size needs a heavier material for the posts. Not German Shepherd durable and switched back to the stainless steel."
