Fantastic Customer Service
"Absolutely great customer service. Collars are reliable, which I consider most important. I do wish they had an audible "beep" as a previous brand I had. I trained my dog to recall on one beep, emergency down on two. It was very handy for wide-ranging German shorthaired pointers. However, my collars are 5 years old (only ever had one issue which they resolved quickly) and maybe they have that option by now. Strongly recommend this company."

My dog lost her collar.
