"I purchased the 1900x from chewy and unknowingly from there website didn't offer the options or recommend the additional contacts to ensure my purchase would work properly. I would encourage you that if another vendor is offering your product that it includes all the details to ensure your items work properly. It took additional time, studying and agrivation to find out that due to having a long haired German shepherd i would need longer contacts with additional shipping and training time lost."

"Our Samoyed's double coat is so long and dense, these 1" contacts still can't make consistent contact with the skin. We're thinking of using shears to thin out the area behind his ears."

"After talking to a dogtra rep, she helped me select the 1900x model for my 100 lb German Shepherd puppy. I just had my first training session with the e- collar and i was amazed. My dog is smart, but stubborn and usually ignores my command to come, but the e- collar had him come on the first try! There are so many options to get his attention and i love the light to see the nice size screen display of numbers. I ordered the two additional titanium points because i l thought his double coat might need it. My only regret is, i wish they would include the specialized tool needed to replace the contact points. They should be sold together. Very satisfied on my first try with Dogtra 1900x"
