The key differences and similarities in the units are as follows: The Remote 200C features a front-facing dial with 0-100 levels, while the 280C has a rheostat dial on top, an LCD screen, and 0-127 levels. Both remotes have a range of 1/2 mile. The collars are both low-medium output, include a high-performance pager vibration, are suitable for dogs weighing 10 pounds and up, and have a compact shape.
The 200C and 202C E-collar are IPX9K and fully waterproof. Both the remote and the collars are waterproof.
The 202C is the 2-dog version of the 200C. It comes with a set of two 200C collars with a remote transmitter that allows for 2-dog operation.
